Customer Satisfaction is Our Top Priority

This year’s Whitelane report for BeLux brought a moment of immense pride for GTT. We have again, for the fourth year running, secured the top spot in the ‘Network and Telecom Services’ category, acknowledging our commitment to our customers.

Our customer satisfaction score in this category has reached a record 84%! Whilst it is a small, yet important lift from last year’s 82% score. Moreover, our 3rd place position in the overall Whitelane general satisfaction rankings puts us ahead of many major industry players.

I could not be prouder of how far we’ve come, demonstrating our commitment to delivering greater technology together with our customers and partners. And I know we will keep going, as there is so much more to accomplish.

Our purpose is to help our customers meet their business objectives by implementing and managing their complex IT infrastructure. I am personally motivated leading GTT’s mission to ensure positive customers outcomes. We understand that cyber threats, AI adoption, the overall IT landscape is becoming increasingly complex for our customers to easily and simply achieve their mission. Others may lack integrated support models, IT and security specialist, productivity tools for the ever-expanding work environment; therefore, evaluating IT service providers is more critical to an enterprise success than ever before. Selecting the right IT service provider is key to that success.

It is our finest task to work closely with our customers to understand their objectives and priorities and help them establish tailored solutions that simplify their day-to-day operations and bring business value both in the near term and flexibility for the future.

To do this, from a technology perspective, we offer and continue to develop GTT Envision, providing a platform of technology and digital experience. The platform enables our customers visibility, insights, orchestration and control to achieve their business missions and meet ongoing demands. Envision is more than just the edge, core and digital gateway but the people and expertise which our customers rely upon to deliver value.
