Fletcher Keister
Chief Product & Technology Officer
Fletcher Keister is GTT’s chief product and technology officer. He is responsible for leading GTT’s strategy and innovation across product, systems, information technology and security. Mr. Keister has more than 30 years of industry experience with a diverse background spanning sales, product management, customer operations, finance, IT and business transformation at global companies such as MCI, Level 3, CenturyLink and Lumen. Prior to GTT, Mr. Keister served as Lumen’s chief technology officer leading a global team of 3200 people responsible for platform and software engineering, IT Operations, data, transformation and program management. He holds a master’s in business administration from Portland State University and a bachelor of arts degree in economics from Oregon State University.
Tim Medina
Chief Financial Officer
Tim Medina is GTT’s chief financial officer. He is responsible for leading GTT’s global finance group, which includes financial operations, billing, investor relations, banking and advisory relationships. Mr. Medina has over 25 years of experience as a CFO in both private and public companies in the U.S. and internationally, spanning a wide range of financial areas, including strategy, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and risk management. Prior to GTT, he served as CFO, EVP, and other executive leadership roles at Stride Inc., TPx Communications, IWO, Verizon, CTI Movil and others. Mr. Medina holds a Master of Science degree in taxation from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in international affairs and economics from the Elliott School of International Affairs at George Washington University.
Joan Logan
President, Americas Division
Joan Logan is the president of GTT’s Americas Division. She is responsible for overseeing key functions in the Americas region, including customer success, sales and solution architecture for GTT’s rich portfolio of secure cloud networking, professional services and advanced solutions to the largest global accounts based in the Americas. Ms. Logan joined GTT in 2024, bringing over 30 years of telecommunications industry experience from senior roles at companies including Lumen and Global Crossing. She most recently served as SVP of Sales at Lumen, delivering network and managed service solutions to Large Enterprise, Mid-Market, Media, Cloud and Hyperscaler customers. Ms. Logan is on the Board of Directors for the charity Warrior Bags and holds a bachelor’s degree of business administration in marketing and management from Ashland University.
Tom Homer
President, Europe Division
Tom Homer is the president of GTT’s Europe Division, overseeing key functions in the Europe region that include customer success, sales, sales engineering, professional services and overall client account management. Mr. Homer brings over 25 years of experience to GTT as a telecommunications industry executive. Before joining GTT in 2020, Mr. Homer was chief customer officer at Laser Light, responsible for sales, product management, marketing and customer experience. Previously, Mr. Homer held executive roles at Telstra and Global Cloud Exchange. At Telstra, he was managing director of Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA), responsible for developing and executing strategy across the region. During his tenure, he doubled the size of the EMEA business and was global sponsor of the Customer Advocacy program. Mr. Homer served as managing director of UK & Nordics at Global Cloud Exchange from 2009 to 2011. Earlier in his career, Mr. Homer held senior sales leadership and management positions at Cable & Wireless and AT&T.
George Kuzmanovski
Chief Operating Officer
George Kuzmanovski is GTT’s chief operating officer. He is responsible for driving operational excellence for GTT in global provisioning, engineering, service delivery, field operations, access management and service assurance. Mr. Kuzmanovski brings more than 25 years of telecom experience, with a diverse background leading organizations in strategy, operations, construction and IT. Prior to taking on the COO role at GTT, he served as the company’s senior vice president for Global Service Delivery since 2019. Before that, he was managing director at Ledcor Technical Services, and has held other senior leadership positions at Windstream Communications, XO Communications and Global Crossing. He holds a master’s in business administration in finance and information systems from the William E. Simon School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in biochemistry from the University at Buffalo New York.
Frederique Arnold
Senior Vice President, Human Resources
Frederique Arnold is GTT’s senior vice president of Human Resources (HR). In this role, she leads HR for GTT, overseeing performance management, compensation planning and talent recruitment as well as HR support for acquisitions, organizational restructuring and change. Ms. Arnold brings 20 years of human resources experience at international companies in the high-technology industry to GTT, working for high-growth, rapidly changing organizations. Prior to joining GTT in 2018, Ms. Arnold was the senior vice president of human resources at Interoute. She joined Interoute in 2006 as the director of global compensation and benefits and later held leadership roles in the human resources function. Before joining Interoute, Ms. Arnold held several leadership positions at Mentor Graphics, where she specialized in executive and general compensation, mergers and acquisitions, benefits, performance management, and employee relations. She holds a master’s degree in economics from Louis Pasteur University in Strasbourg, France, and a master’s in human resources from the University of Law, Economics and Political Science in Dijon, France.
Mike Little
Chief Commercial Officer
Mike Little is GTT’s chief commercial officer. He is responsible for leading revenue operations by driving data-based insights, world class enablement and commercial excellence across sales and customer success. Mr. Little has more than 20 years of industry experience with a background in finance, IT and business operations. Prior to GTT, Mr. Little served as Lumen’s vice president of sales and commercial operations supporting North American Enterprise, Wholesale and Public Sector. He has also held various leadership positions in financial planning and analysis, data analytics and sales operations at CenturyLink and Level 3. Mr. Little holds a bachelor’s degree of science in business administration from the University of Colorado Boulder.
